Russian mercenaries in Luhansk vicinity have installed a laser to prevent OSCE cameras from recording shelling in that area of the front line in the Donbas.

Censor.NET reports citing the OSCE SMM on Facebook.

"'LPR' use laser to "blind" #OSCE SMM camera at Stanytsia Luhanska; hiding something? #Factsmatter," the post on the mission's page reads.

The video shows a laser installed on Russia-controlled areas of the Donbas which is used to 'blind' the mission's camera at nights. OSCE wonders if militants are trying to hide something from the monitors.

The OSCE SMM installed a camera in Stanytsia Luhanska for 24-hour monitoring of the situation at the demarcation line. More cameras were installed at crossing points in Hnutove, Maiorsk, and Marinka.
