The leaders of the “DPR” terrorist organization called the detention of members of the militants’ subversive and reconnaissance group by Ukrainian soldiers in the clash near Troitske "false information" and "nonsense."

One of the militants' leaders, "deputy commander of operational command" of the "DPR" Eduard Basurin told in an interview with one of the terrorists-controlled news outlets, commenting on the detention of militants near Troitske, Censor.NET reports.

"We do not have such information. Moreover, Troitske is far away from the front line. Frankly speaking, this is nonsense," the militant said.

"Spreading this information, Ukraine's top military officers refer to each other and do not possess the trustworthy information. Ukrainian generalship spreads such false information in order to show the Russian Federation as an aggressor state," Eduard Basurin said.

Earlier, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine posted a picture of passport belonging to Russian citizen Natan Tsakirov, who was the "DPR" militant destroyed near Troitske:

According to the press service of the 54th Separate Mechanized Brigade, the two "DPR" militants detained after skirmish with the subversive and reconnaissance group appeared to be company and platoon commanders. The pictures and footage showing captured militants were also made public.

Earlier, up to 20-men-strong enemy subversive and reconnaissance group made an attempt to penetrate into the Ukrainian troops' rear near the village of Troitske in the Donetsk region July 10. One Russian subversive Natan Tsakirov was killed, two more were detained after Ukrainian soldiers repulsed the attack.
