They have ensured that Shevtsov and Selivestrov came to meet them. The meeting continued in the building of the Administration. Police leaders bluntly refused to resign. A conflict occurred in the room, so Shevtsov was able to leave only undercover of a few commandos in helmets.

A scandal because of separatist family photos of the chief police officer in the Vinnytsia region broke out in late February. Users of social networks tracked down his photo with the Russian athlete and People's Deputy Nikolay Valuev, a picture on the background of the building with the Russian flag, as well as photos of his son with a Soviet flag against the backdrop of the Russian occupation vehicles in the Crimea. Now Shevtsov is massively accused of separatism. The activists also accuse his deputy Oleksandr Seliverstov of helping the separatists in Stakhanov.
