Ukrainian soldiers defending strategic highway leading to Donetsk undergo frequent militants’ attacks. VIDEO

The Ukrainian servicemen of the 58th Brigade are defending from the Russian militants the strategic checkpoint on the highway leading to Donetsk.

Censor.NET reports citing 112 Ukraine TV channel.

The Ukrainian troops' positions are situated only 20 kilometers from Donetsk's downtown. The enemy's positions, movement of military equipment, and arrival of the so-called Russian "humanitarian convoys" are clearly visible to the soldiers.

The Ukrainian military have recently observed 10 trucks arriving in Donetsk. They say that the shelling started just a week after that. The enemy's subversive and reconnaissance groups often attack the Ukrainian soldiers there as well. The servicemen are confident that the enemy is unable to break through this section of the front due to the terrain and minefields.
