SBU nails Russian officers to collaboration with Donbas terrorists. PHOTOS+VIDEO

The Security Service of Ukraine apprehended three Russian officers, members of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of cease-fire in Donbas (JCCC), for collaboration with terrorists.

Censor.NET reports that the officers of the Ukrainian security agency have acquired the original documents of the so-called "Ministry of Defense of the Donetsk People's Republic" regarding the awarding of the Russian officers with the militants' decorations for "deed of arms", "assistance to the DPR in repelling aggression of Ukraine". The militants awarded Lieutenant Colonel Yelizar Popov, majors Sergey Trofimenko and Yuriy Frolov. The flags and chevrons of the "Donetsk People's Republic/Luhansk People's Republic" militants have been seized from the Russian officers.

According to the SBU report, various military chevrons, flags of the so-called "Donetsk People's Republic/Luhansk People's Republic" and other propaganda materials have been seized from the career officers of the Russian Federation, who arrived in Ukraine at the invitation of the Ukrainian government to control and coordinate the cease-fire in the Donbas.


In addition, educational materials and series of lectures have been seized from the Russian officers Feb. 2.
