The scuffle emerged after the PM announced that only three ministers from the Cabinet belonged to People's Front party [of which the PM is a member - ed.], while the Energy Ministry was headed by Demchyshyn, appointed within the Petro Poroshenko Bloc (PPB) quota.
PPB MP Dmytro Lubinets said that Yatseniuk paid no attention to DTEK energy company, which should be paid by many enterprises for being supplied with electricity.
Another version of the events states that Barna brought a bunch of red roses to Yatseniuk, to which the PM reacted calmly and with a smile. Then Barna put his arms around Yatseniuk and attempted to carry him away from the tribune. After this, a number of MPs ran up to them.
MP Iryna Suslova uploaded several images from the Rada on her Facebook.
Censor.NET's correspondent reports that after the scuffle Barna ran away from the session hall, covering his face with a kerchief.
PPB faction leader Yurii Lutsenko condemned his colleague Barna's behavior.
"I am not commenting on it, there's nothing to comment," PM Yatseniuk said after the scuffle ended.
