Militants used globally banned incendiary weapons against Ukrainian troops’ positions, OSCE says. VIDEO

The pro-Russian militants used white phosphorus munitions against the Ukrainian troops in the anti-terrorist operation area in the Donbas.

The gross violation of international norms took place a week ago near Stanytsia Luhanska, but the relevant report of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission has just recently been published on the official website of the organization, Censor.NET reports citing TSN.

The soldiers of the 128th Brigade provided images showing clearly visible white traces in craters and equipment burned to ashes. After a thorough inspection of images, the OSCE has recognized that globally prohibited shells have been used as the white phosphorus burns all around.
