 Court quashed the arrest of SBU ex-officer who let the Russian Special Forces into the Donetsk Airport. VIDEO

Court cancelled the decision on detention of the former SBU officer, who granted the militants access to the Donetsk airport in spring 2014. The case was sent back to the Prosecutor General’s Office.

Censor.NET reports citing the Prosecutor General's Office response to the request of Ukrainska Pravda.

According to the statement, a preventive measure in the form of detention with respect to O. Hlavura was canceled by the decision of Pavlohrad regional court (Dnipropetrovsk region) February 6, 2015.

However, the report notes: "the execution of the decision was not imposed on the Prosecutor General's Office."

The Prosecutor General's Office have not answered whether this means that he is still in custody and where exactly the suspect currently is, noting that "the Prosecutor General's Office is not the agency which is able to disclose the requested information."

In addition, according to the report, the indictment against of O. Hlavura Glavury was returned to the Prosecutor General's Office in compliance with the provisions of part 3 of the Article 314 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
