A correspondent of Dumskaya reports from the scene that the explosion damaged the rolling blinds of the office, shattered windows in this building and the one across the street. There was no one inside. A car parked nearby was damaged - the explosion ripped out its doors. The shards of the blinds were scattered within a 13-meter radius. The police arrived at the scene one minute after the explosion - the patrol dispatched close by. There are no known casualties. Eyewitnesses say there was a strong smell of powder gases.
According to Interfax-Ukraine, the explosion will be qualified under Art. 258 (act of terrorism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
