Censor.NET reports that head of the Opposition's Political Council Oleksandr Turchynov after a six-hour opposition's blocking on December stated: "For us it was a matter of principle for the parliament to work in accordance with the regulations today, and that is what we made the Party of Regions do. Times of breaking everything, times of electing Prime Ministers or heads of parliament at night have passed," he explained the blocking of the podium by opposition.
According to Turchynov, Parliament should set an example of how to comply with the legislation.
"If you do not comply with the legislation in the parliament, it will not be a parliament but a bunch of criminals. If the laws are not obeyed here, they will not be obeyed in the country," said the deputy.
Turchynov says that the parliament should work exclusively "in the framework of the Constitution and applicable legislation and it should work for the country."
"It is our task, and we believe that today the first step in this direction was made," said the politician.
