Censor.NET reports that the consideration of draft state budget 2013 in parliament has caused a storm of criticism from parliamentarians. But Rada Speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn, referring to his consultations with the government, said that there is no unambiguous interpretation in this matter, and therefore continued to consider the document.
Not only the opposition is against accepting the state budget for 2013 by the current parliament in its present form - filed by the resigned Cabinet. The Communist Party is also against it. According to deputies, there are attempts to pass the law on the state budget in violation of the Rules and Constitution.
