According to Batkivschyna press service, a meeting of the United opposition council discussed the issue of fraud in the vote count and the subsequent coordination of the opposition forces. According to the results of the meeting the following decisions were adopted:
1. Together with Svoboda and the Vitali Klitschko's Strike start protests at the building of the Central Election Commission.
2. Set a Demand to President Yanukovych, the Attorney General, and the Central Election Commission to recognize the legal victories of the opposition candidates in districts 11, 14 (Vinnytsya oblast), 94, 95 (Kyiv oblast), 99 (Kirovohrad oblast), 130, 132 (Mykolayiv oblast), 194, 197 (Cherkasy region.), 211, 216 (Kyiv city) and in those districts where, in accordance with the original protocol the representatives of other opposition forces - Svoboda and Udar - have won.
3. Consider a draft resolution in Verkhovna Rada on the investigation of the facts of fraud during the 2012 elections and bring to justice the chairmen and members of precinct and district election commissions, judges and security forces involved in the falsification of the will of the Ukrainian citizens, as well as those who ordered these crimes, the regime's candidates.
4. Address the member countries of the European Union, the U.S., Canada, and the international observer missions with comprehensive information about the facts of rigging the vote count. If the power does not immediately stop the electoral fraud and misappropriation of mandates received by opposition candidates, Batkivschyna United opposition is ready to recognize the Verkhovna Rada of the next convocation illegitimate and will insist on holding early presidential and parliamentary elections.
