Ukraine’s High Specialized Court for Civil and Criminal Cases has heard the cassation appeal in the case against member of the State Border Guard Service Serhii Kolmohorov and made a decision to annul his conviction.
The expert concluded that the machine gun employed against intruding car at the checkpoint near Mariupol did not belong to Serhii Kolmohorov.
