Russian airlines having fallen under Ukraine's sanctions will not be able to fly to Ukraine effective Oct. 25.
In accordance with National Security and Defense Council decision, the Cabinet of Ministers bans Russian airlines, primarily Aeroflot and Transaero, from Ukraine.
