A spokeswoman for Kyiv's National Police Directorate Oksana Blyshchyk said on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel, Censor.NET reports.
A mass brawl between football fans took place in Kyiv on Sunday, Nov. 5. The incident occurred on Vasylia Kasyana Street around 8 p.m. The majority of participants in the fight had scattered by the time of the law enforcers' arrival.
"79 individuals were taken to the police precinct. We assume that all of them have taken part in this fight. Not everyone agreed to give explanations on this incident. Three persons were hospitalized," she said.
Blyshchyk said that the police had drawn up administrative reports against some detainees for disorderly conduct. She also posted the images showing detention of the fans who participated in the fight.
