People's deputy Ihor Mosiichuk was wounded in explosion near the Espreso TV building in Kyiv last night, Oct. 25.

This was announced by the press office of Mosiichuk, Censor.NET reports.

The press office said Mosiichuk was wounded in a blast that occurred near Espreso TV when the MP was leaving the building. Mosiichuk was immediately taken to hospital.

Later, Espreso TV journalist Myroslava Barchuk reported on Facebook that a motorbike exploded near the building, leading to casualties.

Police said the blast occurred at around 10:05 p.m. Oct. 25. Two people were affected, one of them political analyst Vitalii Bala.

Espreso TV later published photos from the scene.

Censor.NET correspondent reported from the scene that law enforcers blocked the streets around the explosion site and were conducting investigative activities.

The blast damaged several cars parked nearby.
