This was announced by activist of Crimean Tatar national movement Zair Smedliaiev on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.
"A new wave of repression in Bakhchysarai: raids started in homes of Temur Ibrahimov, Marlen Asanov, Memet Belialov, Seiran Saliev, Server Zakiriaiev and Hzhyrov Ismail," the activist wrote.
He added the raids were underway on Wednesday morning in six homes of Crimean Tatars, including local businessmen and public activists. Later, he added another post on Facebook saying that new raids are reported and being checked by activists.
"Raids in Bakhchysarai! Russian media have already reported they had stopped "terrorists" in Bakhchysarai. A Hizb ut-Tahrir cell!" attorney Emil Kurbedinov wrote.
