"The Ukrainian side to the JCCC condemns the actions of paramilitary units, the bombardment of residential areas, which endanger the life and health of the civilian population. Such actions by the leadership of the certain areas of the Donetsk region indicate interest in further aggravation of the conflict, demonstrate reluctance to observe the cease-fire and deliberate non-compliance with the Minsk agreements," the message says.
