 Lutsenko introduced motion on Mykhailo Dobkin's arrest into Rada. DOCUMENT (in Ukrainian)

Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yurii Lutsenko introduced a motion to the Verkhovna Rada on providing their consent to indictment, detention, and arrest of Opposition Bloc MP Mykhailo Dobkin.

Lutsenko wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.

"I have introduced the motion to the Rada on providing consent to indictment, detention, and arrest of MP Mykhailo Dobkin, whose activities bear signs of deliberate collusion of a group of people with the purpose of abuse of office and assistance to fraud aimed at gaining possession of 78 hectares of land in Kharkiv worth of 220 million hryvnia ($8.53 million)," Lutsenko wrote.

Prosecutor General's press secretary Larysa Sarhan wrote that Dobkin's illegal activities committed by him in collusion with a group of people lead to city of Kharkiv losing 61.2144 hectares of land, which inflicted damage to the city worth of 178,624,598 hryvnia.
