Militants shelled residential areas of Olhynka and Hrafske villages of Volnovakha districts of the Donetsk region.

Censor.NET reports citing National Police's communications department.

In Olhynka, the shelling lasted for two hours during the night. People spent the night in the shelters. Every house has some damage on it, police reported. 12 houses were left without the roofs. The shelling damaged a power sub-station which led to 140 houses being left without power supply.

At around 5 a.m. militants opened fire upon Hrafske village (formerly Komsomolske). A shell hit a road near the local college dorm. Fortunately, no casualties have been reported.

Investigation on the scene continues. The acts have been qualified as terrorist attacks under Ukrainian Criminal Code.
