 Six people detained in Odesa as Russia supporters clashed with patriotic organizations members during rally at monument to Unknown Sailor. PHOTOS+VIDEO

The police detained six participants of a brawl that took place near the monument to the Unknown Sailor in Odesa on Monday, April 10.

As reported by Censor.NET citing Dumskaia news outlet, a scuffle sparked between activists of patriotic organizations and their opponents, who came to lay flowers at the monument to the Unknown Sailor.

The police managed to prevent a large-scale fight. Six activists were detained.

The local arm of Right Sector announced urgent mobilization because of the conflict. The Right Sector leaders call on their supporters to come to the Primorskyi police precinct where the activists apprehended near the monument to Unknown Sailor were taken to.

"They apprehended the right-wing youth leader Roland. The police are behaving aggressively," the Right Sector members said.
