Collision with a power line is cited as a preliminary cause of the tragedy.

Hromadske TV Donbas has published a short video and photos from the crash site, Censor.NET reports.

On Sunday, March 26, a Mi-2 military helicopter crashed near the village of Malynivka outside Ukraine's eastern town of Kramatorsk. A preliminary version says the aircraft crashed following a collision with a power line, according to Ukraine's Defense Ministry.

"In order to clarify the cause of the crash and take away the dead crew members, search and rescue workers along with a group of anti-terrorist operation Staff officers have arrived at the crash site," the MoD added.

A probe into the accident has been ordered.
