Censor.NET reports referring to an investigation report by InformNapalm international OSINT group.
"A war criminal, Russian serviceman Kirill Demenkov of the 46th Separate Special Purpose Brigade (OBrON) of the Federal National Guard Troops Service of the Russian Federation (Russian Guards), has been spotted in the industrial area on the outskirts of Ukraine's Avdiivka town. As prescribed by their internal rules, the Russian Guards may get involved in international operations "to maintain or restore peace and security," following direct orders by the president of the Russian Federation. The person in question has already taken part in fighting in the Ukrainian Donbas, not just as a consultant or instructor but as a fighter:

April 2016 - "National Guard of Russia began operating abroad long before its official creation"
"Where are you?" Kirill was asked in a commentary. "The western suburb of Donetsk...," Ihor Ivanov, a Donetsk photographer, answered, helping us guess the geolocation in the photo," InformNapalm explains.

Kirill Demenkov's main area of combat action for today is Avdiivka's industrial zone (previously he took part in the battle for Donetsk airport).
The photo below was taken under one of several bridges of the Yasynuvata junction in the vicinity of Avdiivka's industrial zone.
Using special equipment, the investigators found the outermost point, where Demenkov was recorded in November and December 2016, coordinates - 48.110809, 37.791688
In his VKontakte social media profile, Demenkov wrote "Avdiivka's industrial area" in the status line.
Daria Semkina, Demenkov's alleged wife, also appears in a photo in the investigation report of Aug. 8, 2016. Semkina serves in the so-called "11th Separate Motorized Rifle Regiment" of Russia's occupation troops as a medic. In the photo below, she sits atop the shoulder of a man involved in another investigation.
In multiple photos, Demenkov is accompanied by another Russian Guard Igor Razdymakho.
Several pictures below dated 2010-2011 show Razdymakho doing compulsory military service.
