Upon receiving the call, a police patrol car pursued a Ford Transit van and managed to stop the suspects at a gas station on the outskirts of Rivne. Two men tried to escape with a large bag and hide it in the snow.
However, the suspects were apprehended without firing a shot. The police officers seized ammo, two Fort pistols, a Makarov pistol, and a Kalashnikov rifle.
