"This cursed war keeps reaping... The farewell ceremony for young Ukraine's defender Ihor Klymiuk will be held in the Volyn region on Jan. 12. Ihor was killed in a clash with the enemy on the outskirts of Novozvanivka village (Popasna district of the Luhansk region) around 11 a.m. Jan. 10. He was only 22 years old... The estimated time of arrival of the funeral procession carrying the fallen hero to Tsuman is 8 p.m. on Jan. 12, 2017. The procession will march to the village of Hirka Polonka through Tsuman post and the city of Lutsk.
"The time and date of meeting of the procession will be specified later. Follow Ukraine's Automaidan Facebook page. I call on the Volyn region residents to join the ceremony and pay last tribute to the hero who defended our country from the aggressor," she wrote.
Ihor Klymiuk (call sign Klym) was born in the village of Okonsk, Manevychi district of the Volyn region on Sept. 15, 1994. He lived in the village of Hirka Polonka in Lutsk larger area. Klymiuk served as a grenade launcher operator in the 1st Mechanized Battalion of the Danylo Halytskyi 24th Mechanized "Iron" Brigade from Berdychiv.
