This was announced by Dzhemilev's lawyer Nikolay Polozov, Censor.NET reports citing lawyer's Twitter.
"We have crossed the Ukrainian border with Haiser. I was not in touch for security reasons when moving through Russian Federation territory. I apologize to everyone who could not get a prompt comment. It is important that the fourth Kremlin hostage is delivered home safe and sound. I want to thank the Ukrainian consuls for help and support," the lawyer said.
"There are Consul General Moskalenko, me and Haiser on the photo after arrival to Ukraine," Polozov wrote.
