"Unfortunately, this was not an isolated provocation the "DPR"/"LPR" militants resorted to. The officers of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of Cease-fire in the Donbas (JCCC) carefully record all the cases of inflicted damage and strikes on peaceful Ukrainian towns and villages and submit the collected evidence to the OSCE SMM," the ATO Staff press center reported.
