Volunteer Oleksii Titov wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.
According to the volunteer, the person on the photo is Arsen Martirosyan, who shot dead Titov's 26-year-old friend Denys. Another person, Roman, received three gunshot wounds to the abdomen. The doctors saved his life. He is in moderately grave condition now. It was the second day of Roman's two-week leave from the anti-terrorist operation. The guys were going home that evening as they heard a girl crying for help being harassed by the aforementioned person.
Oleksii Titov told Censor.NET that the killed person was Denys Holovan, born in 1990, while a soldier of 59th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade Roman Kolosov, born in 1981, received injuries.
The Communications Department of the Kirovograd region's police confirmed that the crime was committed Nov. 1 at about 11.50 p.m. near an entertainment venue at Chmilenka Street in Kropyvnytskyi. A local resident inflicted serious injuries to two persons by making several shots at them. One of the victims died in a hospital.
The police are looking for resident of Kropyvnytskyi city Arsen Martirosyan born in 1990 on suspicion of committing the crime. The suspect may be driving Lada with ВА0999ВН license plate.
The friend of the deceased made inquiries about Martirosyan and learned that he was a repeated offender. The volunteer unveiled crimes previously committed by Martirosyan:
Arsen was charged with gang killing in 2006. A person was beaten to death by four attackers using a bat at a night club. They were apprehended three years later. Only one of the perpetrators got one and a half years in prison. Arsen was a witness in the trial.
Arsen Martirosyan inflicted moderate bodily harm to a man near Kovalivka village Sept. 18, 2014.
On Oct. 27, 2015, he robbed a person and inflicted bodily harm to a man several hours later.
Besides, knuckles were found in his car May 8, 2016. He evaded responsibility in all these cases.
"The insane person, a habitual offender is at large and heaven knows who will be his next victim. We have made inquiries that made me confident that the case may be swept under the rug again. I beg everyone to make efforts so that no one clears him. The murderer must be held accountable," he added.
