As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by adviser to the Dnipropetrovsk governor Tetiana Huba on her Facebook page.
"Solnyshko Vitalii, born in 1997, was gravely wounded in industrial area shelling on Oct. 30. Military doctors operated on him in Avdiivka, he could not be transported. Vitalii lost his kidney, spleen, and got wounds to his bowel. He was evacuated to Dnipro after stabilization. Serhii Ryzhenko's team continues fighting for his life," she wrote.
Huba said Vitalii is a contract soldier, like his brother, aged 26. The latter is fighting in the same industrial area of Avdiivka.
The governor's adviser asked to express moral support to the soldier in positive comments and wishes under her Facebook post and with prayers.
