"Without hesitation, the former Anti-Maidan activist decided to escape to Russia," the press service noted.
Yehor Lohvynov, accused of taking part in the unrest during the storm of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration on April 6-7, 2014, is considered to be one of the leaders of pro-Russian rallies in Kharkiv. He was one of the instigators of the "federalization referendum" in Kharkiv and repeatedly called on the Russian Federation "to bring peacekeeping troops into the territory of Kharkiv and the Kharkiv region" in his rally speeches in spring 2014.
