Censor.NET reports citing National Police department in the Donetsk region.
The shelling started at 11 p.m. and lasted for about two hours. Eight buildings at Komsomolska and Chapaieva Streets, as well as at Voroshylova Avenue were damaged. Local office of the Emergency Service, communal enterprise, a five-floor residential building and four private houses were also affected. A local cafeteria was destroyed as militants' shell hit it directly.
Criminal proceedings have been opened under article 258 (terrorist act) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The militants damaged about 16 buildings in Marinka during this week.
