As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by spokesperson of Defense Ministry on ATO matters Colonel Andrii Lysenko at a news briefing on Monday.
Lysenko said the aggravation of the situation in the east of Ukraine puts the implementation of the plan on disengagement of troops and hardware at certain areas of the contact line at risk.
"The occupants have restored shelling near Krymske (Luhansk direction - ed.). The illegal armed gangs employed mortars of various calibers, having fired more than 130 missiles. This series of shelling lasted more than four hours.
"It remains unquiet in Stanytsia Luhanska and Popasna district. Militants opened fire there only after dark, with two cases of mortar fire in Novooleksandrivka. The shelling was not as massive as in Krymske," Lysenko said.
Lysenko noted that the enemy opened fire the total of 16 times at Luhansk direction yesterday, six of which were from heavy armament.
At Donetsk direction, active combat continues near Zaitseve-Avdiivka. Pro-Russian militants fired a 152 mm cannon several times. Two sessions of active fire took place in Avdiivka. The enemy employed mortars and a tank.
"Given regular deliveries of weapons and ammunition from Russia, militants are quite active in their shelling," Lysenko noted.
The enemy also violated the cease-fire in Novhorodske and Verkhniotoretske. It was quiet yesterday at Svitlodarsk salient and the Donetsk airport. The total of 12 cases of fire were reported at Donetsk direction yesterday, the Staff say.
"The situation remains unchanged at Mariupol direction. Occupants continue shelling our positions in Marinka and at Pavlopil-Shyrokyne section of the front line. In addition to light armament, occupants employed an IFV. Ukrainian military opened fire. The total of 20 cases of fire were recorded at Mariupol direction over the past 24-hour period," Lysenko said.
He reported two flights of enemy drones near Shchastia at Luhansk direction. A group of electronic warfare of the enemy was seen near Kirovsk.
