Yurii Mosin hailed from the Donbas. He was member of the Maidan volunteer team of paramedics during the Revolution of Dignity in 2013-2014. He later regularly visited the front line helping the soldiers.
"But no one helped him while he needed it so desperately. He tried to find a job, but his Donetsk registration scared the employers. He lived in the office as he failed to rent an apartment because of his damned Donetsk residence. He was trying to rent a car to make a living but again failed through the registration," journalist Volodymyr Runets wrote on Facebook after the volunteer's death.
Yurii was 33 years old.
