Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.
According to Lutsenko, resident of Kyiv Petrovskyi and Israeli citizen Weisberg earned their comfortable living with the help of forged official IDs and fake uniform with general straps and decorations. They have swindled $61,000 out of citizen Husiev alone, promising to foster his appointment to a top position at Odesa Sea Port. Later on, Husiev was offered a leading post at the State Forest Resources Agency of Ukraine at the price of $70,000.
As noted, Petrovskyi was nabbed red-handed while accepting the money. Shortly after, a group of Radical Party deputies came to the place to support the detainee.
