Censor.NET Chief Editor Yurii Butusov wrote on Facebook.
"Only an urgent heart surgery and stents in the aorta could have saved him. But such stents are unavailable in Ukraine. They could only be ordered in Europe while their cost is up to 500,000 hryvnia (about $20,000). The state budget has got no funds for such urgent needs as well. A group of volunteers started raising money and it seemed that the efforts and prayers of such a great number of decent people would make a miracle happen, but they failed to do it in due time..." Butusov wrote.
