Censor.NET reports citing Kyiv City State Administration Deputy Head Illia Sahaidak.
"Okuda has once again pleasantly surprised us. This is the second train painted by a world-known artist. Moreover, this "train story" is a wonderful gift to Kyivites and guests on the occasion of Ukraine's Independence Day," the official said.
According to him, the train is to operate on the Syretsko-Pecherska Line first but will soon be transferred to the Sviatoshynsko-Brovarska Line.
As previously reported, an art-train by Spanish artist Kenor was put on the tracks of the Sviatoshynsko-Brovarska Line in May this year on the occasion of Kyiv Day.
