Censor.NET reports citing the press service of the Finance Ministry.

"The Ministry of Finance continues holding consultations with the public on setting the economic growth budget for 2017. Finance Minister Oleksandr Danyliuk, Deputy Minister Yevhen Kapinus have discussed balancing of the state budget for 2017 with experts today. We particularly focus on the budget revenues as we change the approach to the budgeting itself under the budget reform.

"This is the first budget based on revenues and possibilities instead of expenditures and wishes. We have calculated the anticipated revenues for 2017 and we are now actively discussing it with the civil society. The transparent process and expert opinions are critical for us. Our goal is to responsibly draw up the budget that will provide basis for economic growth," the Finance Ministry stressed.
