As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by NGU's press service.
"This is not the first act of procurement technical assistance provided to NGU units and detachments with the purpose of reacting to arising threats that has been offered within multiple-vector international cooperation on global security. Earlier, the Agency provided armored Kazak and MAZ vehicles," the message reads.
Domestic "Praktyka" Development and Production Facility PJSC was the place for regeneration and transfer of the vehicles. The pickup trucks have been additionally supplied with GPS navigators, dashboard cams, and antennas for portable radio sets.
"The cars are awesome - fast and mobile. Modern-generation diesels. They can be used for transportation of small groups of people or cargo. Those who receive it will be happy, I think," Senior Lieutenant Andrii Biloshnichenko commented.
Representative of Parsons said they also gave eight Ford Transits to the National Guard to help it reduce threats.
The Transits are currently being remodeled to suit specific needs of the NGU and its tasks on defense and guard.
"The documents have been signed, keys passed, the vehicles left for the military units where they will be serving Ukraine's security," the pres service noted.
