Censor.NET reports citing the update by the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) Staff press center.
"Public water supply and private households in the town of Popasna in the Luhansk region were substantially damaged and a 61-year-old local resident was wounded as a result of shelling committed by illegal armed groups of the "LPR" with 82-mm mortars July 18.
"Besides, "DPR" militants shelled Zaitseve and Maiorsk villages causing considerable damage to households and infrastructure.
"Ukrainian representatives of JCCC recorded the consequences of the abovementioned assaults today.
"All proofs of the damage inflicted by strikes with the weapons banned by the Minsk agreements were submitted to the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission," the statement reads.
