As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by anti-terrorist operation (ATO) press center on its Facebook page, citing press officer of the Ukrainian side of the Joint Control and Coordination Center (JCCC) Colonel Vitalii Ivanov.
According to the press officer, pro-Russian militants used cannon artillery of 122-mm caliber, IFVs, rocket anti-tank launchers, large-caliber machine guns and small arms.
By using Minsk banned weapons, namely cannon artillery of 122-mm caliber, the enemy managed to destroy 35 hectares of wheat fields and damage sunflower fields in seven kilometers from the demarcation line.
"The irony is that next day, July 11, Donetsk occupants' websites posted information about a search of arsonists of a field near militants-occupied Khriashchuvate village," Ivanov wrote.
It is also reported that 20 houses were also damaged during shelling.
Fortunately, no human losses have been recorded, Ivanov informed.
"Obviously, the other side still wants to make local residents panic, two years after it returned under the blue-and-yellow flag," the press officer added.
As reported by the ATO press center, pro-Russian militants used weapons against Ukrainian defenders 72 times yesterday. The largest number of cases was recorded at Mariupol direction.
