As reported by Censor.NET, this was said by U.S. Vice President Joe Biden during the meeting with former Ukrainian Prime Minister Arsenii Yatseniuk.
"We have had a meeting with a friend of mine and a great friend of Ukraine Vice President of the United States of America Joseph Biden. American leaders have done a lot for Ukraine. The United States was among the first who stood up to defend the territorial integrity and independence of Ukraine. The U.S. has invested billions of dollars into the Ukrainian economy, and supports the Ukrainian people.
"And the main thesis which I heard from the Vice President of the U.S.: now much depends on the Ukrainian leadership and Ukrainian politicians. We must continue the course of reforms we started two years ago.
"Ukraine will receive help only if it keeps demonstrating progress every single day," former PM wrote on Facebook.
As reported, Yatseniuk said earlier that the U.S. would not decrease its aid to Ukraine due to new geopolitical challenges after the Brexit referendum in the UK.
