"Many of you are professional soldiers who have gone a heroic path from Sloviansk to Savur-Mohyla, from Stanytsia Luhanska to Mariupol and Shyrokyne. Today, you've been given the Colors. I believe this flag will get into strong and safe hands and will not be covered in dust, but with glory of our victories!" he said to soldiers.
