The weapon station is equipped with sophisticated computer-aided fire control system Kashtan developed by Kyiv's research and production enterprise AT-system. It is designed for remote control of weapon systems equipped with video cameras.
Kashtan system allows monitoring targets at a distance of 1,800-8,000 meters in daylight hours and at a distance of 600-2,000 meters at night. It detects targets like IFVs at a range of 500-4,000 meters in just 15 seconds.
The machine-gun and grenade launching station is designed to engage manpower, vehicles, ground and low-flying targets. It can be installed both on wheeled and tracked vehicles, as well as fixed defenses.
