 True soldiers-heroes depicted on stamps for first time in Ukraine's history, - volunteer Boiechko. PHOTOS

Journalist and volunteer, author of the People's Hero of Ukraine project Andrii Boiechko elaborated on another initiative to issue the postage stamps with portraits of Ukrainian heroes - soldiers and volunteers.

He wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.

Boiechko wrote: "I have some good news! We have printed stamps with portraits of true fighters for independence in the war with Russia for the first time in Ukraine's history. The postage stamps and envelopes were presented for the first time in the National Museum of the History of Ukraine in World War II during the ceremony of awarding the Orders of the People's Hero of Ukraine!"

The volunteer thanked Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelian for assistance in this project.
