Head of the Zakarpattia Regional State Administration Hennadii Moskal has addressed Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Hroisman with an official letter where he warns against the negative processes that begin to recommence in the Zakarpattia region at the initiative of certain central authorities.

In his letter, Moskal stresses the fact that the region is seeing the revival of smuggling as central authorities are trying to restore shadow schemes and other worrying processes are being recorded. In this regard, Moskal sees no point in his future tenure as head of the State Administration and requests Hroisman to initiate his dismissal.
