As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by press office of the State Emergency Service of the Poltava region.
"On March 27 at around 5:40 p.m., at the 209th kilometer of Kyiv-Kharkiv motorway, near Voinykha village, a Mercedes Sprinter minibus, traveling from Luhansk to Kyiv, hit a DAF truck," the message reads.
As a result, five people were killed on spot - both drivers and three passengers of the minibus. Eight people were taking to Lubny district hospital, two of them children (aged 14 and 13).
"At 7 p.m. information from the hospital was received that three more people died from wounds. A unit of 18th State Fire Rescue department of Lubny is operating on the scene. Works on deblocking bodies of those killed are being conducted," the State Emergency Service said.
