As reported by Censor.NET, this is reported in the court's decision, posted on Facebook by former head of the State Penitentiary Service Serhii Starenkyi.
According to the document, the court has granted Lozynskyi's lawyer Viktor Hrytsiuk's appeal for release on parole.
The decision also reads that the prosecutor's office is able to falsify the court's judgement.
"This is how the shadow side of the 'Savchenko law' [law stipulating that one day in a detention facility counts as two until a court's decision - ed.] operates. Those not covered by it directly are released on parole," Starenkyi wrote.
Earlier, the court sentenced former Ukrainian MP Lozynskyi to 10 years in prison for the murder of a man during a hunt.
