"Recently added to the 'Myrotvorets' database Russian citizen Vladlen Putilin is the object of our investigation. Deep analysis of the hero's social profiles allowed us finding several interesting facts that relate to our previous publications and prove the involvement of Russia in initiation and waging of the undeclared war against Ukraine," the authors of the article wrote.
Background information: Vladlen Yuryevich Putilin, born on July 31, 1993, resident of Samara, Russia. Conscript service: engineer troops (military unit No. 30673, Vyatskoe-na-Amure, Khabarovsk Krai, Russia) in 2010-2011. Classification: Russian mercenary, militants' instructor.
Putilin repeatedly entered Ukraine in 2014-2015 and has a letter of recognition from the command of the so-called military unit No. 08807 of the united Russian-terrorist forces of 'novorossiya'. He is also a participant of the 'iVolga' youth forum (Volga Federal District, Russia).

Putilin in the ' Purgatory ' of the 'Myrotvorets' center
"There are a lot of pictures in Putilin's albums that show his 'tour of duty' in the ranks of the Russian-terrorist forces, but we will analyze just a couple of them:
"1. This is a photo from 'novorossiya' militant training base in Myasnikovskiy district of Rostov Oblast, Russia. In the foreground you can see a 'Datsun' offroader, in the background there are APCs, tanks, MAZ fuel tanker, ZiL vehicle and a white tarpaulin tent.
"There is no doubt that the picture was taken in Rostov Oblast. In early fall of 2014, InformNapalm disclosed this Russian camp thanks to a mistake of a GRU reservist. Our archive contains a photo with 'Myasnikovsky district' geotag with the same self-made armored cars and other equipment, including APCs and tanks.
"2. Here we have a photo of one of T-64 tanks from weapon storage and maintenance bases of the Russian army. Dozens of such units with 'For Donbas' and 'Kozak' [Cossack] markings were transferred by Russia to the Donbas through Rostov Oblast. Taking into account the chronology of the slides (they were uploaded half a year after the events), the tank was pictured at the moment of being passed to militants of 'novorossiya', the outsource forces of the Kremlin's regime. One can see 'For Donbas' inscription on the right side of the tank and 'LPR' on the front.
"Once again the InformNapalm's archive is here to help. Obviously, this photo was taken in Rostov Oblast of the Russian Federation. Back in August of 2014 we tracked the entire process of outdated Russian equipment deployment to 'DPR/LPR' terrorists, which equipment was run in the camps of Rostov Oblast near the Ukrainian border. We keep a photo, presumably of the mentioned T-64 tank with 'For Donbas' and 'LPR' inscriptions, same red banner on antenna and number '22' on the headlamp (painted over with green color on the first slide).
"3. This picture was made in the fields, where our hero is holding an AK rifle with attached silencer and posing in front of Ka-52 combat helicopters.
"And again the InformNapalm's archives come in handy. There is no doubt that this picture with Ka-52 helicopters was made in Rostov Oblast. In September of 2014, with information leaked by a serviceman of the 346th brigade of GRU, we registered combat helicopters of this type on the duty in the fields ( photo).
"The following Putilin's revelations under the travesty of Putin are worth paying attention to (Aug. 20, 2015):
"We had five 'Malka' SP guns, 75 'Kornet' anti-tank missiles, a lot of ammunition. In addition to that, there was a couple of dozens of brand new T-90 tanks, 'Smerch' MRLS, 'Nona-S' gun, 'Grad' division, a whole KamAZ truck of RPG-32 and SAMs. That was not really needed to kick Ukrainian asses, but when you start supplying weapons, it is hard to stop. The only thing that disturbed me was the aviation. There is nothing more irresponsible and wicked than a militant steering a strike helicopter. I knew that sooner or later we would start shipping that shit to them."
"It is all so obvious and there is no need to summarize. These facts relate to the period of 2014, but this does not mean that Russia reneged on its evil intentions," the authors of the material note.
