InformNapalm OSINT volunteer group has released a summarized report about Russian pilots and navigators who may be involved in killing more than 1,380 civilians (including 322 children) since Russia launched its air campaign in Syria.

In the course of profound investigation and collection of open source data (Russian propaganda videos and publications in media), InformNapalm volunteers identified 32 officers from 20 Russian warplane crews recorded to have taken part in combat operations in Syria.
