The arsenal was obviously prepared for another bloody provocation aimed to discredit Ukraine.
"The terrorists planned to install the anti-tank mine under a transmission tower. In their infernal plan, Ukrainian engineers together with the repair workers who fixed the power lines should have exploded. Ideally for them, it would also hurt representatives of the OSCE mission. They planned to make this incident public to blame Ukraine of infrastructure mining and violation of the Minsk agreements," the press center announced.
